Rebuilding Nepal Through Trade
After the massive earthquakes that tragically struck Nepal in 2015, the people of Nepal are still struggling to heal emotionally and physically.
Relief workers in Kathmandu have told us that one of the most important things we can do to help Nepalese families regain a sense of normalcy is to provide trade so that people can once again wake up in the morning and go to work. We encourage you to support Nepalese artisans and their families by purchasing products marked with the prayer flag icon shown above.
DharmaCrafts has committed to donate 5% of the sales revenue of all Nepalese products throughout 2015 and 2016 to earthquake relief efforts. A large percentage of our donation will go to Roshi Joan Halifax's Nepal Earthquake Relief Fund (NERF) set up through Upaya Zen Center. Upaya's example of engaged Buddhism is inspirational to us and to our efforts. DharmaCrafts will also contribute to the Save the Children Fund.

Museum Quality Buddha Vajradhara Thangka Giclee Print#TH006G
Museum Quality Buddha Vajradhara Thangka Giclee Print
Buddha Vajradhara, sometimes referred to as the sixth Buddha, is the head of the five Buddha families. As a Buddha, he represents the sambhogakaya embodiment who teaches all the tantras. Since Buddha Vajradara is the source of all the tantras, he is the source of all lineages. As the source of all lineages, he embodies all gurus. For this reason, the most common Guru Yogas use the form of Buddha Vajradhara to represent the Buddha.
This museum quality giclee print is a fine art reproduction of an original thangka painting by the official artist of the Sakya Trizin. Perfect in iconographical detail, it is printed onto acid-free, heavy watercolor paper with archival ink. The iris giclee process renders the highest degree of accuracy and richness of color available through reproduction. The resulting print is an art form in itself and offers buyers a reasonable alternative to purchasing an original thangka painting.
Image is 11 3/4" x 15 3/4" with 2 1/4" border. Finished print size is 16" x 20". Comes ready to frame.
