Does wonders for flexibility!

I bought this for my husband who finds sitting on a zafu difficult due to tight hips and ankles. He has been using it daily for several weeks and is already noticing an increase in both his hip and leg flexibility. The only thing I would recommend is that if you don't have a cushion that you can put on the seat, it may be wise to purchase one with this bench. He found sitting directly on the wood difficult at first, but is slowly getting used to it.
