Description:
Our customer service folks provide warm, helpful, and informative customer service - making our customers happy is our top priority. You make the important first impression with our customers by answering customer emails, snail mail, phone calls, taking orders, researching and following through on a range of customer service questions, and offering real solutions to ordering issues or problems that may arise. Because we're small, you may be involved in everything from web research and testing/quality checking our website to quality checking our products. If you're energetic, smart, organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on being involved in a variety of tasks & projects while working in a fun and friendly atmosphere, then please apply!

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a pleasant and friendly style
• A desire to go above and beyond the call of duty for each customer
• Able to quickly empathize and understand customer needs and to meet their needs in a caring and conscientious manner
• Articulate in both oral and written communication
• Impeccable attention to detail; organizational and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently to carry out detailed, daily assignments
• Able to, and desire to, multi-task
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office experience required
• Must enjoy the satisfaction of assisting our customers while working with a great group of individuals in a fun, business casual environment
