WEB ORDERS
Orders placed via our website are processed on a daily basis, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. For example, orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday and ship on Tuesday. When your order consists of any combination of jewelry, books, malas, incense, silk hangings, or CDs/DVDs, you pay a flat shipping rate of $8.95 (standard shipping within the U.S.). If your order includes other items in addition to the items listed above, our regular shipping rates apply (see chart).

PROMPT DELIVERY
We make every effort to ship in-stock items the next business day (we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday). To avoid delays, please provide a street address, including apartment or unit number, as shipping to a post office box can cause delays. Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. Shipping and handling charges are indicated on the chart above.

After your package has shipped, DharmaCrafts will email your tracking number to the email address that you provide. Copy and paste your tracking number from the email into the UPS tracking form or the USPS tracking form to view the expected delivery date of your package.

SHIPPING SURCHARGE
A shipping surcharge has been added to select furniture and other oversized and/or heavy and bulky items because of increased shipping costs. The surcharge is listed in parenthesis ($) after the item price. The surcharge is in addition to the standard delivery charges which are listed above.

2nd DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY
2nd Day Delivery orders placed by 2 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday, ship the next business day and will arrive in 2 business days (i.e., orders placed by 2 PM Eastern Time, on Monday will ship on Tuesday and arrive on Thursday). If you absolutely need your order delivered by a certain date, please call Customer Service at 866.339.4198, 9 AM - 5 PM ET, M-Th, 9 AM - 1 PM F, to make certain that the items are in stock and ready to ship. Available in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

• DharmaCrafts will add $15.00 to the standard shipping charge for most in stock items.
• For heavy/bulky items (such as zabutons) or items that may be heavy/bulky when ordered in quantity, DharmaCrafts will add 20% of the merchandise total to the charges for standard shipping.
• Items marked "Extra Heavy Item" (e.g., jumbo zabutons, jumbo zabuton sets, Tatami Squares/set of 4, and bamboo edging), require us to calculate the shipping cost and to contact you (without delaying your order!) for your approval prior to shipping your order. If we do not receive your approval within 2 business days, we will CANCEL YOUR ORDER. For an immediate shipping quote, you may contact customer service between 9-5 Eastern Time, Monday - Thursday and 9-1 ET Friday, at 866.339.4198.
• SAVE! Flat rate shipping items listed above ship for only $19.45.

Shipping rates are based on actual charges plus a $5.00 handling charge for document processing. We will ship complete orders in which shipping and handling charges are 20% or less of the order total. When shipping and handling charges exceed 20% of the order total, we will contact you via email within 2 business days with the actual shipping charges and await your approval before shipping the order. We regret that we must CANCEL YOUR ORDER if we do not receive your email authorization of the shipping charges within 2 business days.
