When your order consists of jewelry, malas, incense, CDs, Buddha Flower Wall Hangings, Silk Dragonfly Hangings, 'Om Mani' Door Mantra, Altar Cloths– ONLY, you pay a flat shipping rate of $7.95 (standard shipping within the U.S.). If your order includes items other than jewelry, incense, malas, silk hangings or CDs, our regular shipping rates apply (see chart).

We make every effort to ship in-stock items the following business day. To avoid delay, please provide a street address. If you don't have one, we can ship many items via the U.S. Postal Service (priority mail). Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. Shipping and handling charges are indicated on the chart above.

Can I track my packages online?
Yes, if you provide an email address when placing a phone or web order, DharmaCrafts will email you an order confirmation and UPS tracking number for your order on the day it ships.

To track your package(s), visit http://www.ups.com/content/us/en/index.jsx and enter your tracking number, check the box at the bottom, and hit "Track." The status of your package will appear on screen. If you have questions about the status of your shipment, please contact DharmaCrafts Customer Service at 1.866.339.4198 or at customer_service@dharmacrafts.com.

When will my order be shipped?
Phone orders:
Orders placed before 1 P.M. (EST) Monday through Friday will be processed the same business day and shipped the following business day, providing that the item is in stock.

Web orders:

  • Orders placed before 1 P.M. (EST) Monday through Friday will be processed the same business day and shipped the following business day, providing that the item is in stock.
  • Orders placed after 1 P.M. (EST) on Friday and all weekend orders will be processed on Monday and shipped on Tuesday, providing that the item is in stock.

Do you have overnight delivery?
We do offer UPS Next Day shipping. It is important to remember that orders DO NOT ship the day you place the order. Orders placed before 2 pm EST ship on the following day. So, an order placed Monday by 2 pm, for Next Day Delivery would go out on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. Orders placed after 2 pm will need to add on another day for delivery.

Because price varies by package weight, volume, and destination we must generate a price quote for you. Since these charges can often be quite expensive, we confirm these charges with you before we process your order.

Do you ship items to international addresses?
DharmaCrafts is happy to ship orders to our international customers. Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill "drop ship items." Drop ship items are products that ship directly from the vendor or manufacturer whose description includes the wording, "allow 2-4 weeks for delivery." If you are unsure if the item is a drop ship item, please contact customer service at DharmaCrafts. The cost for shipping international orders is based on the actual shipping cost plus a $5 processing fee. A DharmaCrafts representative will contact you with the shipping and handling charges if they are more than 20% of the order total. If the shipping and handling charges are 20% or less of the order total, the order will be shipped out right away. Most international orders take less than two weeks for delivery.

Why do some items have a shipping surcharge added to the normal shipping cost?
A shipping surcharge has been added to select furniture and other oversized and/or heavy items because of increased shipping costs. The surcharge is listed in parentheses ($ ) after the item price. The surcharge is in addition to the standard delivery charges.

I wish to send someone a gift from DharmaCrafts. Does DharmaCrafts offer gift cards?
We will include a gift card free of charge for gift orders. Our DharmaCrafts Customer Service Specialists will hand-write your special message in a beautiful card and include it in the shipment to your special someone.
