Buckwheat Support Cushion

Used as a meditation cushion at our Zen Centers, the buckwheat support cushion may be used in combination with the zafu (pron. zah'-foo) when extra height or support is needed. It is stuffed with 3 lbs of organic buckwheat hulls inside a muslin lining. The zippered cover is made of 100% cotton, 10 oz. duck and may be removed for washing. 16" x 12" x 4"
