Eco Buckwheat Hull Zafu
Zippered Buckwheat Hull Zafu provides excellent support (it's like sitting on sand at the beach) and conforms readily to your shape and posture. The buckwheat zafu requires no "break-in" period and is an excellent choice for both beginners and experienced meditators.
- Cover: Zippered certified organic 8 oz. cotton duck, colored using eco-friendly, low-impact dyes. Removable for easy washing. Carrying handle.
- Filling: Approx. 4 1/2 lbs. buckwheat hulls enclosed in a zippered inner shell making it easy to add/remove buckwheat (unlike our Organic Cushions, inner shell is not organic).

Eco Zabuton
Years of Zen Center living have gone into the design of this meditation mat. Place the zabuton under your zafu to reduce discomfort while sitting.

About Our Buckwheat Hulls:
Our buckwheat hulls come from buckwheat that is grown in the U.S. and in Eastern Europe. We purchase U.S. grown buckwheat hulls whenever the supply is available. Buckwheat is a unique crop because it is grown without herbicides or pesticides. We do, however, purchase certified organic buckwheat hulls whenever they are available.
