Now he leads the Metta Institute, where teaches the spiritual dimensions of living, dying, and transformation through professional trainings and educational programs, including the End-of-Life Counselor Program.

His groundbreaking work has been featured in the Bill Moyers series On Our Own Terms, the PBS series With Eyes Open, the Oprah Winfrey Show, and numerous national publications.
