Joseph Goldstein is one of the primary figures in the development of Insight Meditation in the West. He is co-founder and guiding teacher of Insight Meditation Society in Barre, MA. He has been teaching vipassana and metta retreats worldwide since 1974.

He is the author of A Heart Full of Peace, One Dharma, The Experience of Insight, and Insight Meditation. He joins self described "seriously Buddhist, seriously geeky" Vince Horn to discuss the unique benefits of long-term practice.
